@anita_i140_approved They used a combination: - Posted on company website (required) - Posted on state job bank (required) - Newspaper ads (required, 2 Sundays) - Posted on LinkedIn and Indeed - Internal job posting Recruitment must run for 30 days minimum, then 30 days waiting period. Your attorney will guide you through all this. The key is documenting everything - every resume received, why each candidate was rejected, etc. Good luck!

14 months for PERM is brutal but becoming the norm unfortunately. The PWD backlog is killing everyone. I've heard of some cases taking 10+ months just for PWD. Congrats on getting it done though! I-140 is the easy part after PERM. You'll be done in no time with premium processing.
