Replied to: H4 to H1B Success - My Journey
@aisha_h4_ead I have a Master's degree in Marketing which helped. For H1B, you generally need at least a Bachelor's degree in a field related to the job. Work experience can substitute in some cases (3 years experience = 1 year of college, roughly). The hardest part is getting employer sponsorship. Build your career, prove your value, and ask your employer if they'd consider it. Many are willing once they see your contribution! Don't give up - it took me 3 lottery attempts but I made it.
