Tracking the visa bulletin obsessively here! EB2 India has averaged about 2-3 weeks/month this fiscal year. EB3 India has been moving 5-6 weeks/month. If this continues, EB3 will catch up to EB2 within a few years. Something to consider.

The math on this is interesting. At current movement rates: **EB2 India:** ~2 months/year movement → Your 2018 PD becomes current in ~8 years (2033) **EB3 India:** ~6 months/year movement → If you port 2018 PD to EB3, could become current in ~4-5 years But these are projections and rates can change. The risk is EB2 suddenly speeds up after you downgrade. Still, historically EB3 has been catching up.
